Mr. Davidson has been responsible for the placement of over $2 billion in debt and equity real estate financing during his career, taking pride in his hard work, ethics and reputation. With his background in engineering, accounting and finance, Mr. Davidson has structured, analyzed and closed many complicated construction and permanent financings for his clients throughout the United States. Mr. Davidson is currently a commercial mortgage banker with the firm of Slatt Capital in Burlingame, CA. He has previously worked with the mortgage brokerage firms of Sonnenblick Goldman Corporation and Investment Mortgage International. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker as well as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Davidson began his career in the Bay Area as a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Davidson was educated at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois where he earned both an MBA “with Distinction” from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He was recognized as a Distinguished Scholar by Kellogg and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma, the international honor society. He is a member of Theta Xi Fraternity. Mr. Davidson currently belongs to the Urban Land Institute (ULI), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Bay Area Mortgage Association (BAMA), where he is a Past President. He has served as an organizer and moderator on numerous real estate panels. He was elected as a Regional Commissioner of Hillsborough AYSO Soccer. He was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and currently resides in the Bay Area with his wife.
